Recipe Ingredients for Lime, Cilantro and Broccoli Filling for a Wrap

1/2 lb shrimp
12 oz chopped broccoli
6 tbsp ranch dressing
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp rice vinegar
4 tsp taco seasoning mix
25 grams cilantro leaves

Recipe Directions for Lime, Cilantro and Broccoli Filling for a Wrap

  1. Cook Shrimp and remove tails

  2. chop 12 oz broccoli

  3. Mix Ranch Dressing, Lime Juice, taco seasoning, and vinegar and chopped cilantro.

  4. Pour dressing mix over shrimp and broccoli and stir.

  5. Use for filling for a wrap. I used FlatOut MultiGrain Wraps that 100 calories.
