Recipe Ingredients for Lilygirl's Slow Cooker Beef Stew

500 g beef sirloin
312 g carrots
486 g potato
254 g turnip
140 g onion
1.33 cup low sodium beef broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp steak seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Lilygirl's Slow Cooker Beef Stew

  1. Place first 10 ingreients in slow cooker and cook on high heat for 4-5 hours (or low heat for 8-10 hours).

  2. 30 minutes before serving, put water and cornstarch in leak proof container and shake until mixed. Add to pot and stir occaisionally until gravy forms.
