Recipe Ingredients for lilly's guisado de papas, zanahoria y espinacas

8 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
4 cup Spinach
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
5 clove Garlic
2 serving, raw Cilantro
1/4 teaspoon Sazon-It! Seasoning
1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp Oregano
1 cup water
2 serving carrot fresh chips
10 strips Peppers, Sweet, Green

Recipe Directions for lilly's guisado de papas, zanahoria y espinacas

Saute in the olive oil the onion, garlic, green pepper. Add the chopped potatoes, carrots and the seasons. Add a cup of water and cover over medium heat. Just before the potaoes are ready add the spinach and simmer over low heat until spinach is cook. enjoy over brown rice.
