Makes 6 servings



In a bowl, beat the egg & milk. Stir in cheese, oats. Onion and salt. Add Meat (Beef) and mix well. Shape into six to eight loaves. Place in a greesed 13x9 in. x2 inbaking dish or a cookie sheet. Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard, stir and spoon over loaves. Bake uncovered, at 350 for 45min. Or until meat is no longer pink & meat thermometer reads 160. (If you double the batch double the baking time and drain grease half-way threw.) Should be six to eight servings.

1 egg
3/4 c milk
1 c. (4oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c quick-cooking Oats
1/2 chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. lean ground Turkey
2/3 c ketchup
1/2 c packed brown Sugar
1 tsp prepared mustard
