Recipe Ingredients for Lighter Tuna Casserole

336 grams Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Extra Wide Noodles
12 oz Chunk Light Tuna in Water
8 oz Mushrooms
3 second spray Cooking Spray
1/2 cup chopped Green Onions
4 oz Sharp Cheddar 2% Milk Reduced Fat
6 oz Fat Free Sour Cream
4 oz Light Mayonnaise
2 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, Prepared, Yellow
1/2 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 cup Grand Selections Green Peas
1/2 cup carrots, chopped

Recipe Directions for Lighter Tuna Casserole

Saute chopped mushrooms in cooking spray. boil pasta according to directions. Drain tuna. Preheat oven to 350. Coat casserole dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix drained tuna, 1/2 the cheddar cheese, sauteed mushrooms, green onions, sour cream, mayo, mustard, thyme, and salt. Gradually toss in pasta. Spoon mixture into coated baking dish, top with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes. Top with tomatoes. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until bubbly.
