1 tablespoon oil
1 lb beef sirloin
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup Chunky Salsa
1 can Beef Broth

Recipe Directions for Lighter Pace Texas Cowboy Stew

  1. Brown

  2. 1 boneless beef sirloin (small cubes) in hot oil

  3. Add cup each chopped onion and green pepper

  4. 1 tsp ground cumin

  5. cook until tender

  6. Add 1 tbs flour

  7. cook 1 minute

  8. Add

  9. 1 cup Pace Chunky Salsa and 1 can (14oz) Swansons Beef Broth

  10. Simmer 20 min

  11. Serves four
