Recipe Ingredients for Lighter Lasagana

150 g pasta (9 lasagna noodles)
1 lb ground chicken
2 c tomato sauce
1 1/2 c light mozzarella cheese, grated
1 T flour
1 T butter
1 c 1% milk

Recipe Directions for Lighter Lasagana

  1. Fry up the meat, set aside

  2. Make a bechamel sauce out of flour, butter, milk

  3. Cook noodles.

  4. Layer in pan starting with a little sauce (just to keep everything from sticking).
