a lighter version of tikka masala

Recipe Ingredients for lighter chicken tikka malasa

1 lb chicken breast
6 oz Greek Yogurt
1 T lemon juice
4 t cumin
1 t cinnamon
1 t cayenne
1 t black pepper
1/2 t salt
1 T butter
1 pepper jalapeno pepper
1 t garlic
2 t paprika
1/2 t Curry Powder
1 t red chili peppers
16 oz tomato sauce
1/4 t chili sauce

Recipe Directions for lighter chicken tikka malasa

Put chicken in a bag and maranate with half the yogurt, lemon juice, 2 t cumin, cayenne, S&P. melt butter and saute chopped jalapeno. Add 2 t cumin, garlic, paprika, curry, and chili sauce. Cook 5 minutes. Add tomato sauceand simmer 15 minutes. Stir in rest of yogurt and serve over rice.
