Lighter original chicken salad. I use as a protein for my salad or I place in romaine or boston lettuce leaves and eat as a carbless wrap!

Recipe Ingredients for Lighter Chicken Salad

2 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 cup, diced Celery
0.5 cup chopped Red Onion
3 tbsp Mayo Light Mayonnaise Salad Dressing
0.25 cup Parsley

Recipe Directions for Lighter Chicken Salad

Chop chicken, celery, onion and parsley and put in bowl. Add mayo, parsley, pepper and any other seasonings. I add a bit of Spike seasoning and celery seed. Mix well and chill until you're ready to serve.
