Recipe Ingredients for Lighter Blueberry Malt Pancakes

2 large eggs
1 1/4 cups skim milk
2 tablespoons light parkay
1 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cups malted milk powder
12 oz blueberries

Recipe Directions for Lighter Blueberry Malt Pancakes

  1. Mix the eggs, milk, and melted margarine

  2. Sift together the dry ingredients

  3. Mix wet & dry ingredients

  4. Add the thawed or fresh blueberries

  5. 1 serving size = 1/3 cup of batter WITH the blueberries added
