Recipe Ingredients for Lighter Apple Sharlotka

6 medium (3") Apples
0.3 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1 large Egg, Whole
2.5 large Egg, White
0.3 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for Lighter Apple Sharlotka

  1. chop apples and place in greased baking dish

  2. mix together flour, sugar, egg and egg whites to make a thick batter

  3. pour over dish of apples, smooth over top

  4. bake at 350F for one hour
