2 cup cooked butternut squash
4 eggs
2/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour

The usual suspects--first mix wet ingredients, then dry. 350 for 20ish minutes--the batter is very moist so it takes longer than most muffins. Watch it closely!
