Recipe Ingredients for Lightened up peanut butter pillows

3 T vegetable oil
1/4 c applesauce
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c Light Sugar & Stevia Blend
1/4 c almond breeze
2 T maple syrup
1 t vanilla
1/4 t salt
1/3 c cocoa
1 c spelt flour
1/2 c buckwheat flour
1/2 t baking soda
2/3 c peanut butter
1/3 c sugar
1/3 c Light Sugar & Stevia Blend
1 t vanilla
1/4 t salt
2 T almond breeze

Recipe Directions for Lightened up peanut butter pillows

  1. In a large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Sift in next 5 ingredients and stir to form a stiff dough.

  2. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients.

  3. Flatten tablespoonfuls of chocolate dough and wrap around rolled balls of peanut dough.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 C.
