great for a starter to any meal. less than 10 minutes total. This is a great base starter. You could add chicken, wontons, beef, fish, more veggies. The list is endless Onion really give this some great flavor and the celery gives it a nice little crunch.

Recipe Ingredients for light vegetable soup

1/8 cup chopped celery
1/8 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup bok choy
1 cups chicken broth

Recipe Directions for light vegetable soup

  1. add 1 cup chicken broth to small pot

  2. chop celery

  3. chop onion

  4. chop bok choy (i use baby bok chop and chop up one or 2 stalks)

  5. add all ingredients. Let boil for 3-5 minutes

  6. serve nice and hot.

  7. Adding some siracha sauce makes this taste even better.
