Recipe Ingredients for Light Tuna Salad

1 can tuna
1 egg white
1 egg
1 tbsp miracle whip light
1 scallion
1 tbsp capers

Recipe Directions for Light Tuna Salad

  1. Remove yolk from one boiled egg and chop with second boiled egg.

  2. Add to one can of tuna. Starkist tuna in olive oil.

  3. Add one tablespoon of miracle whip light.

  4. Add chopped scallion and capers. Season to taste with pepper and granulated garlic powder.

  5. Mix well.
