You really use 2 tbs. of Best Foods Reduced Fat Mayo in this recipe but the Recipe analyzer wouldn't recognize it. 1 tbs of regular mayo has comparable nutritional stats so I used that on paper. This is a flavorful chicken salad with relish, onion and seasonings. You will forget you are eating light!

Recipe Ingredients for Light Style Chicken Salad

5 oz. Chicken Breast, canned in water
2 tbs. Onion
1 tbs. Pickle Relish
1 tbs Mayonnaise (Really 2 tbs of Reduced Fat Mayo)
1 tsp. Mustard
1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Pepper

Recipe Directions for Light Style Chicken Salad

  1. Drain chicken breast, dump can in to bowl

  2. add the other ingredients

  3. mix together well.

  4. Chill 1 hour and serve.

  5. Suggestions: Serve on 1/2 an onion bagel or Ritz Wheat Crackers.
