A lighter version of my favorite side dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Light Stuffing

0.5 large Onions
2 cup, diced Celery
6 cup(85 g) Herb Seasoned Stuffing

Recipe Directions for Light Stuffing

  1. Cut celery and onions into small pieces and mix them into 1 bag (14 oz) of Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing. Then add the Smart Balance Light.

  2. Heat broth to just below boiling and mix into stuffing until it is wetted but not too moist. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
