a Med sizeTomatoe that opens up like a flower with 2 1/2 Tblspns of the Tuna mixture. It refreshing & tasty.

Recipe Ingredients for Light Stuffed fresh Tomato

1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
5 oz drained BUMBLE BEE Chunk Light Tuna in Water
2 tbsp chopped Onions
2 serving Mayo

Recipe Directions for Light Stuffed fresh Tomato

  1. Mixin a small bowl, the 2 Table spoons of kraft reduced fat mayo with olive oil and cracked pepper with the 2 table spoons of onion and the drained 5oz can of Light Tuna. Mix well.

  2. Cut your tomatointo sections from the top to 2/3 of the way towards the bottom so that it opens up like a flower. Put 2&1/2 tablespoons of the mixture into the center of your tomato. Salt and Pepper to your liking.
