Recipe Ingredients for Light Strawberry Cheesecake

14 crackers Grahams Low Fat Honey
65 grams Butter
0.25 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
16 oz Creamy Cheese Fat Free
1.5 cup Powdered Sugar
0.06 env Whipped Topping Mix
1/8 package Strawberry Gelatin Desserts
1 cup, unthawed Strawberries

Recipe Directions for Light Strawberry Cheesecake

  1. 1. Mix the graham crackers, melted butter and brown sugar.

  2. 2. Pack mixture into a clear baking dish (13x13 works best).

  3. 3. In a seperate bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar into a cream.

  4. 4. Add Dream Whip and beat mixture until thick.

  5. 5. Add on top of graham cracker base and place it in the fridge while preparing the topping.

  6. 6. Add only one cup of boiling water to the jello powder and instead of another cup of cold water, add frozen strawberries.

  7. 7. Allow it to cool a bit and then place the liquid onto cream cheese mixture.

  8. 8. Allow jello to set (about an hour or so) and you are ready to serve!
