Recipe Ingredients for Light Spice Bread

250 g whole wheat flour
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
100 g brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
125 g honey
1/5 liter skim milk

Recipe Directions for Light Spice Bread

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and spices.

  2. Dilute the honey in lukewarm milk.

  3. Mix all together

  4. Pour into mold

  5. Cook 45 minutes at 170C
