1 cup rice
1 large green bell pepper, diced
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 medium tomato, diced
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp cumin

  2. Add oil, let heat over medium heat
