This is an easy lowfat salmon patty recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Light Salmon Patties

14 7/10 oz. canned pink salmon
0.33 cups bread crumbs
1/2 medium onion
2 teaspoons dill
1/2 cup egg whites
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Light Salmon Patties

  1. Drain the salmon

  2. Finely chop onion

  3. Mix egg whites, dill, mustard

  4. Add and mix drained salmon

  5. Add and mix bread crumbs

  6. Add salt and pepper to taste

  7. Form into 8 patties

  8. Put under broiler until browned and heated through

  9. Serve with horseradish mixed with ketchup or seafood sauce.
