Delicious Smoked Salmon Dip without the High Calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Light Salmon Dip

1 cup fat free cream cheese
1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
4 oz smoked salmon
1 tbsp liquid smoke
1 tsp tabasco
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup diced red onion

Recipe Directions for Light Salmon Dip

  1. Chop up Smoked Salmon

  2. Combine all ingredients except onion.

  3. Mix in blender or with hand blender.

  4. Add onion and stir in.

  5. Let sit in fridge for at least an hour for full flavor to develop.
