Light Salad Dressing Recipe

All natural dressing that can be prepared in advance

Recipe Ingredients for Light Salad Dressing

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup plain yogurt, unsweetened
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Light Salad Dressing

  1. Place the salt and pepper in a watertight screw-on top jar.

  2. Add the vinegars, then the mustard, then the yogurt.

  3. Place the oil last (salt doesn't dissolve in oil).

  4. Tightly close the container then shake well till blended and creamy.

  5. Use a Tbsp or 2 at a time for 1 portion of salad.

  6. Can be kept a fortnight in the fridge.
