Recipe Ingredients for Light Red Curry Sauce

14 fl oz Lite Coconut Milk
2 tablespoons Red Curry Paste
2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/3 cup water

Recipe Directions for Light Red Curry Sauce

  1. In a large saucepan, simmer one 14 fl oz can lite coconut milk with 2 Tb red curry paste over medium heat for 5 minutes.

  2. Add 2 Tb fish sauce, 2 Tb brown sugar, and 1/3 cup water.

  3. Simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
