Recipe Ingredients for Light Ranch Dressing

1/2 c reduced-fat sour cream
1/2 c low fat mayonnaise
3/4 c buttermilk
2 cloves garlic, mashed to a paste
2 T lemon juice
1 Freshly ground pepper to taste
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp dill
1/2 T parsley

Recipe Directions for Light Ranch Dressing

Put all ingredients in blender or food processor. Mix until completely blended. Chill several hours for flavors to fully meld.
