Recipe Ingredients for Light Pumpkin Pie

0.5 cup Pure Pumpkin
0.33 cup Egg, White
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 packet SPLENDA No Calorie

Recipe Directions for Light Pumpkin Pie

  1. Mix pumpkin, egg whites, cinnamon and splenda together. Bake at 350 until desired consistency (not very long).

  2. Mix Greek yogurt with cinnamon and frost the top.
