Recipe Ingredients for Light Peach Cobbler

3 cups peaches, sliced and peeled
1/2 cup splenda
1/4 cup light butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup light butter
1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Light Peach Cobbler

  1. Lay sliced fresh peaches in a buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

  2. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of splenda.

  3. Dot with the 1/4 cup butter which has been cut into small pieces.

  4. For crust, mix together, flour, baking powder, 1 tablespoon sugar, and salt.

  5. Cut in the remaining 1/4 cup butter.

  6. Stir in milk until dough is manageable.

  7. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface; place over sliced peaches.

  8. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes, or until top is nicely browned.

  9. Peach cobbler serves 6.
