Using the Coconut Coffee Creamer gives this a tropical flavor, but you can easily omit that.(Taking that out puts the calories to 150 and the fat to 2 grams) Any combination of fruit, juice, and yogurt can be used in the same amounts for endless combinations!

Recipe Ingredients for Light and Nutritious Fruit Smoothie

2 cups ice
1/2 cup orange juice
1 banana, sliced
8 ounces lowfat yogurt, blueberry
2 tablespoons coffee creamer, coconut flavored

Recipe Directions for Light and Nutritious Fruit Smoothie

  1. Put ice and juice in blender. Blend on high until large ice chunks no longer remain.

  2. Add in remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
