Fluffy pancakes eaten without guilt!

Recipe Ingredients for Light n' Fluffy Pancakes

1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup Quaker oats
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Light n' Fluffy Pancakes

  1. Add all wet ingredients to blender first, then dry. Blend well until batter is made.

  2. Pour batter (1/4 cup) onto hot griddle

  3. When batter starts to bubble flip over

  4. Serve with toppings of your choice!

  5. 1 serving = 3 (1/4 cup batter) pancakes
