Recipe Ingredients for Light Mashed Potatoes

567 grams Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
17.031 oz Cauliflower
4. oz Light Sour Cream
10 tsp Parmesan 100% Grated
0.25 oz Soup, Onion Mix, Dehydrated, Dry Form
0.5 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
1 cloves, raw Garlic
2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter

Recipe Directions for Light Mashed Potatoes

  1. Steam til tender cut up cauliflower and potatoes. Hand mash in corningware dish and add sour cream, parmesan, crushed garlic clove, tsp dehydrated onion or soup mix and salt and pepper.

  2. Dot with butter and sprinkle on dill. Cover and microwave for 5 minutes.
