Recipe Ingredients for Light homemade mayonnaise

1 tbs flour, white
2 tbs sunflower oil
1 tbs mustard
2 egg yolks
200 ml milk, nonfat
1 salt, pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Light homemade mayonnaise

  1. Mix the flour and the milk. Put it on the stove, mixing continously. Don't let it boil. Keep it on the stove until it thickens.

  2. Let it cool.

  3. After it is completely cooled, add the mustard, yolks, the oil, salt, and pepper.
