1/4 cup unpoped corn kernels 1 tbsp. canola oil 1 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp salt

1 tablespoon Oil, canola
0.065 cup Sugars, Granulated
4 tbsp unpopped Kernel Popcorn Hot Air
0.25 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Light Homemade Kettle Corn

  1. heat oil over medium high heat with three corn kernels in it. When kernels pop, remove them carefully then add sugar and the rest of the corn kernels. Stir to distribute

  2. Cover pan and shake over heat continuously. Listen for popping, when popping slows down, remove from heat then transfer to a bowl and add salt. Toss to distribute and prevent kernels from sticking to eachother.
