Recipe Ingredients for Light Holondaise

15 grams Cornstarch
30 grams Juice
2 tablespoon (1 NLEA serving) BENECOL Light Spread
1 serving (Fresh Meadow) Irish Organic Eggs
1 Cube Stock Cubes

Recipe Directions for Light Holondaise

  1. Combine egg (lightly beaten), 1cup chicken stock, 1 tablespoon cornstarch in a sauce pan and bring to boil. Don't put a lid on.

  2. Add the benecol, the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste
