Recipe Ingredients for Light Guacamole

1/2 avocado
2 tablespoons light sour cream
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Light Guacamole

  1. Cut an avocado in half; peel, chop and mash in a bowl. Refrigerate other half for future use.

  2. Chop approximately 6 cherry or grape tomatoes or part of a whole tomato until you have 1/4 cup.

  3. Mince one clove of fresh garlic.

  4. Add the garlic, tomatoes, sour cream and lemon juice to the mashed avocado and stir to blend.
