Recipe Ingredients for Light French Toast

2 slices Healthy Life Original 100% Whole Wheat Whole Grain Flaxseed Bread
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar free syrup
2 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Light French Toast

Soak the two slices of bread in egg whites, sprinkle each with 1 tsp cinnamon on one side and cook in a skillet - I do on medium/high head for about 30-60 seconds on each side - drizzle with 1/4 cup sugar free syrup. Excellent when combined with fruit or yogurt in the morning :)
