Recipe Ingredients for Light French Toast

1/4 cup 1 % milk
1 Egg, White
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp honey
1 slice Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared

Recipe Directions for Light French Toast

  1. Stir or blend all ingredients (except for the toast and honey - duh)

  2. Put stove on medium heat

  3. Pour blended mixture into a shallow bowl

  4. Place one slice of bread in mixture, allowing to soak. Do this for both sides.

  5. Put in pan sprayed with spray on butter and cook until browned.
