Recipe Ingredients for Light French Toast

1/4 raw egg
1/4 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1 slice Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat

Recipe Directions for Light French Toast

  1. Mix ingredients in a medium bowl (Recipe is per slice. Scale up ingredients for the number of slices to be made).

  2. Submerge 1 slice in mixture (do not soak)

  3. Place in skillet and brown each side (approx 2 minutes per side)

  4. Serve with light syrup (not included in recipe)
