Recipe Ingredients for Light French Toast

12 slices whole wheat bread
1 cup Egg Beaters
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup 1% milk

Recipe Directions for Light French Toast

  1. Mix the milk, egg substitute, and salt together in a medium-sized bowl.

  2. Heat the stove to medium heat, place the pan on the stove and spray the pan with a non-stick spray (Pam's).

  3. Dip a slice of bread in the bowl, and place in the pan.

  4. Flip the slice over when golden brown.

  5. Repeat for the rest of the slices.
