Recipe Ingredients for Light and Easy Stroganoff

1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
1/2 c chopped onions
1 c mushrooms
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c mushroom soup
8 oz. fat free sour cream
2 tbs. fresh Parsley

Recipe Directions for Light and Easy Stroganoff

  1. Brown hamburger and drain

  2. add onions, mushrooms, garlic, salt, & pepper

  3. mix well reduce heat to med and cook 5-8 min until tender stirring occasionally

  4. add soup and sour cream mix well cook thoroughly

  5. sprinkle with parsley
