Recipe Ingredients for Light Dinner Salad

16 inner leaf Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
30 grams Craisins Dried Cranberries
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 oz Shredded Carrots
1 medium raw Tomato Roma

Recipe Directions for Light Dinner Salad

  1. Wash vegetables thouroughly

  2. Cut Romaine into 1/2" bits

  3. Thin Slice Roma Tomato

  4. Thin Slice Onion

  5. Add Romaine, then onion then sprinkle in Carrots and Craisins and add Tomato
