Recipe Ingredients for Light Curried Chicken Salad

16 ounces chicken breast
6 stalks celery
2 granny smith apple
4 tablespoons Hellmann's Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Light Curried Chicken Salad

  1. Boil chicken breast in water

  2. Let cool

  3. Cut into bite size pieces, along with celery and apple.

  4. Mix in mayo, curry powder and salt to taste.
