Crepe recipe with Splenda, skim milk and light margarine.

Recipe Ingredients for Light Crepes

2 cups flour
1 tbsp splenda
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups skim milk
2 tbsp ICBINB! Light (Stick)
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Light Crepes

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the wet ingredients and margarine. You may have to add some water if the batter is too thick. Mix until smooth. In a hot, greased skillet pour from 1/4 to 1/2 a cup of batter, immediately swirling to coat the whole bottom of the pan. When the middle starts to bubble and the edges are dry, start working up the edges with a butter knife. Then, ease a spatula under and work it all the way around the crepe before flipping. Cook another minute or two.
