Recipe Ingredients for Light Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour
4 tbsp Smart Balance 37% Buttery Spread
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Egg Beaters
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Recipe Directions for Light Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Wisk together flour, salt, and baking soda.

  3. In a separate bowl, wisk butter (melted), egg beaters, and vanilla.

  4. Stir in brown sugar to wet ingredients until smooth.

  5. Gradually stir in dry ingredients until just incorporated, then stir in chocolate chips.

  6. Heap spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and cook one sheet at a time, 10 minutes.
