Lower calorie and fat version of a chocolate chip cookie

Recipe Ingredients for Light Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cups light brown sugar
3/4 cup No Calorie Sweetener
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup Light Soft Spread
1 large egg white
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
124 g milk chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Light Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F and grease cookie sheets.

  2. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix well.

  3. Beat together sugars, vanilla, and butters until creamy.

  4. Add egg and egg white and beat until well mixed.

  5. Add dry mixture to butter and sugar mixture and beat until well combined. Add in chocolate chips.

  6. Spoon tsp size amounts onto cookie sheets and bake about 10-12 minutes (or until golden brown.)
