0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.13 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.33 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.5 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1 large Egg, Whole
2 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 Cup (6fl oz) Coffee

Recipe Directions for Light Chocolate Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350.

  2. Whisk everything together. Dry ingredients first, wet second. Add coffee last.

  3. Bake in pan for about 30 - 35 minutes.
