Homemade Chicken Salad, with nuts and grapes (optional, or you may use apple instead of grapes)

Recipe Ingredients for Light Chicken Salad

2 chicken breast
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup almonds
1/8 onion

Recipe Directions for Light Chicken Salad

  1. boil chicken breast until done

  2. chop chicken (I use a small food processor)

  3. mix all ingrediants together

  4. It is better if it sits overnight

  5. you can add grapes or apples if desired

  6. Serve with crackers, or pita bread
