Recipe Ingredients for Light Chicken salad

10 ounces chicken breast(cooked skin removed)
1 cup fat free mayonaise
1/4 cup pickles
6 boiled egg whites

Recipe Directions for Light Chicken salad

  1. cook chicken (BOIL NO SKIN)

  2. cut up chicken or put into a food processor

  3. cut up pickles or use relish equivilent

  4. smash cooked egg whites

  5. mix ingred together and eat with low cal bread.
