A healthy version of a favorite. Can be served with spaghetti.

Recipe Ingredients for Light Chicken Parm with Spinach

2 tbs Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
1 Chicken Breast
1 cup Spaghetti Sauce
2 oz Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
4 cups Spinach

Recipe Directions for Light Chicken Parm with Spinach

  1. Fillet the chicken into two parts, bread and fry in 1 tbs of olive oil. Place in the bottom of a dish, cover with sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 until done.

  2. Wilt the spinach in a tbs of olive oil with garlic, serve along side the parmesan.
