This is a light breakfast sandwich that can be prepared ahead and refrigerated.

Recipe Ingredients for Light Breakfast Sandwich

1 slice light bread
1 slice turkey bacon
1 oz. mild cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise
1/2 cup nonfat milk

Recipe Directions for Light Breakfast Sandwich

  1. Assemble sandwich in one slice of bread--toasted or untoasted.

  2. Add nonfat milk to your coffee, not the bread!

  3. I like to make five (one for each morning) on Sunday and put them in individual containers. On busy mornings, I just grab my breakfast sandwich and run!
